- Professional registration: your name, email address, password, phone number, company, company address, profession and license number.
- Buyer registration and plan purchase: your name, contact details, the property and HOA details we need to issue the plan, and payment information.
- Claims: association documents, meeting minutes, contractor quotes, authorization forms, questionnaires and anything else you send us to support a claim.
- Newsletter: your email address and name.
- Calls and email: what you tell us when you call or write.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site you came from, and actions such as clicking a phone number or starting or submitting a form. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this (see “Cookies, analytics and advertising” below).
Information from others
If a real estate agent, attorney or other professional registers, or buys a plan, on your behalf, they may give us your information. Our payment processor tells us whether a payment succeeded.

Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people use our site and to advertise. We also use ActiveCampaign to manage email and measure how visitors use our site, and Stripe, which sets cookies to process payments and detect fraud.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We will still send you messages about your account, plan or a claim.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Plan and claim records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Our payment processor handles your card details, and we do not store your full card number. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to receive a copy of your information. Children
Our website and plans are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
