HOA Warranty is only available at the point of sale and can either be negotiated as part of the contract or purchased by the buyer directly to coincide with the close, so don’t miss out. It is available for properties that are part of a homeowner’s association with 5 or more units at the point of sale. Self-managed buildings are currently eligible for a 1-Year HOA Warranty. Professionally managed buildings are eligible for the 1-Year, 2-Year, and 3-Year HOA Warranty.
